No one ever answers the phone and most of time you cannot leave a message. If you are lucky enough to leave a message , no one calls you back. Our neighbor hood block has had its mail delivery shut off due to loose dog across the street from me. It’s been over two weeks so far and I’ve only been able to talk to mail supervisor Anthony who said he would call me back and never did. That was a week ago. They do not show any care for their customers. This Post Office has gone down the tubes…..

This place is a disaster! I have medical supplies that have been sitting there since Dec. 23rd 7:29 am and it still has not been scanned or sent on to my local post office in Scottsbluff, NE. This is the 2nd month in a row that this has happened!!! USPS please do something about this post office!! You cannot get anyone on the phone, the post master phone mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. Pathetic!!!

I live in Scottsbluff, NE and every time any of my USPS packages go through this Distribution Center, they always sit for an unnecessarily long time, sometimes days on end. Any other distribution center my packages always arrive then depart within a 12 hour window. Not sure why my packages always seem to sit here for days but y'all need to sort it out. You guys are causing the USPS employees in Scottsbluff (who are usually fantastic and do everything they can to get our mail/packages delivered on time) to deal with unnecessary hassle. Please fix this!

The post office 800 number could not tell me if this office was indeed closed as this suggests. So I called and called the direct line, left messages, got no response. Then i intercepted and changed mailing address to the next stop on my cross country trip. As advised by the representative at the 800 number. The change did not work. My mail got delivered it says to North Platte. Why couldn't you just have answered the phone? Or returned a call? Why didn't the usps do the change? It cost me hours of time calling repeatedly and typing in the change. Plus $30 additional. What a headache.

I can’t even get them to pick up a phone I call they pick the phone up and then hang it up immediately
